the software free to use?
Yes, our software is absolutely free to use.

can I download the software?
You can download the software for free by
visiting the download
page.
Fill out the sign up form and you will receive an email containing the link
to download the software.
I
haven’t received the download email yet, what should I do?
The email is sent immediately but, in rare
cases, there might be a delay. In this case, please wait for a few minutes
and if the problem persists contact us and we will assist
you.
How do
I login in to the software?
Use your email address and the password
provided in the download email to login to the software.
How
can I add an RSS news feed to the software?
You can add as many RSS news feeds as you
wish. To do so, click on the RSS icon to the left of the news panel and the
News Feed Manager will appear in a new window. Follow the instructions in the
window to customize the news feed lists. For more information, please visit
the software page.
Do you
provide charts for the currency pairs?
We currently do not provide charts for the
currency pairs. Several third party software providers offer high-quality
charting software, which you can use free of charge. We do have plans of
adding such functionality to our software in the near future.
When
do you update the Economic Calendars?
The daily economic calendar is updated twice
a day and the weekly calendar is updated once.
Do I
need a trading account to use the software?
No, you do not need a trading account. All you
need to do is sign up and use the login details you provide to login to the

Do you
recommend any brokers for trading Forex?
We currently do not recommend a specific
broker.
